Our philosophy
L'Épi Debout was born of a simple observation: no farmer should lose their farm for want of the right advice at the right moment. Too often, by the time the situation becomes critical, it is already too late. The land is seized. The family is broken. Isolation has taken hold.
At TurboCereal, we believe the cooperative must be more than an economic tool. It must be a human safety net. A network where people talk to one another, help one another, where no one stays silent in the face of a fellow farmer's hardship.

In practical terms, L'Épi Debout works in the strictest confidence, without judgement, without commercial pressure. A field advisor travels to the farm. They listen. They analyse. They put forward solutions. And above all: they stay present over the long term, until the farmer is back on their feet.

Debt-relief plan
TurboCereal structures a multi-year collection contract that generates a stable income. Pre-financing, subject to approval and guarantees, can settle the most urgent debts. The cooperative currency Cereal€ pays local suppliers.
③ PARTNERS
Qualified on-the-ground network
Agricultural accountants, rural-law solicitors, MSA, chambers of agriculture, banking mediators, psychologists. Each with their own role, each with their own expertise. The cooperative member is no longer alone.
④ FOLLOW-UP
Monthly support
A dedicated module in the TurboCereal app makes it possible to track the situation month by month. The farmer stays visible, supported, connected to the cooperative. The follow-up lasts until stability is restored.
