Marcel Turbaux structures the cooperative as a SCIC SAS with four co-founding partners and launches it officially at the Paris International Farm Show. Incubated in Lille at EuraTechnologies, one of Europe's largest tech incubators.

TurboCereal joins Le Swave in La Défense, France's first accelerator dedicated to responsible fintech. Introductions to banks, insurers and asset managers — the first contacts behind today's financial partnerships.

Turbo Farm launches

Turbo Farm launches as the technology arm: satellite monitoring and agronomic decision-support tools. Four pilot farms equipped in year one — the first building block of the members' ERP.

Africa & Europe · partnership studies

Studies of local production partnerships with West African players (Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire), in a logic of shared food sovereignty rather than export. In parallel, a project for a Luxembourg vehicle — Cereal Invest SCSp — intended to structure future cross-border co-investments: under study, not incorporated to date.

L'Épi Debout · member ERP · ORIAS filing

Launch of the L'Épi Debout solidarity programme supporting French farmers in financial difficulty (pre-financing, multi-year contracts, a network of accountants, rural-law solicitors and the farm welfare body). In parallel, roll-out of the cooperative ERP platform for members. Filing of the ORIAS application, which will allow members to be introduced to banks and investors within a regulated framework.

Turbo Assure is created

Creation of Turbo Assure, an insurance broking activity: securing farmers' harvests and incomes on one side, investors' commitments on the other. ORIAS registration is being sought in order to carry out broking.

One million tonnes co-produced per year, more than 2,000 active members, three physical branches (Saint-Quentin, Le Touquet, Paris 17th), and France's first mission-led grain cooperative under the PACTE act.
