Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about the cooperative, share capital, taxation and risks.
What is Turbo Cereal?
Turbo Cereal France SCIC SAS is a cooperative of collective interest (SCIC) founded in 2017 in Paris (RCS Paris 828 275 602), serving the French cereal sector — wheat, barley, rapeseed, maize.
How long have you existed?
The cooperative was created in 2017; the Turbaux family's history in agricultural trading goes back to 1988.
Where are you present?
Head office at 5 rue de la Terrasse, Paris. Partner farms across Hauts-de-France and many regions, a presence at the EuraTechnologies campus (Lille) and Le Touquet.
What are the risks?
A cooperative share is not a financial investment: it has a fixed nominal value (€30), refundable under the cooperative's statutory conditions. Like any farming activity, the cooperative remains exposed to weather and market conditions. Joining is a cooperative commitment, not a yield-bearing investment.
