Support the agricultural cycle

Cereal Invest SCSp: a proposed agricultural club deal. Its structure, eligible investors and vehicle-specific conditions still need to be validated.

Agricultural financing · projects being prepared

Co-financing the harvest

Between buying inputs and selling grain, a farm’s cash resources must cover a full season. The projects presented aim to support this agricultural cycle alongside bank financing, under conditions still to be validated.

Why dedicated vehicles

Platform equity and financing an agricultural season serve different purposes. Each vehicle and each season must retain identified documents, flows and risks. This separation guarantees neither capital nor returns, nor legal isolation of risks between operations.

Where the project stands

  • Structuring is under way. No opening date is confirmed and subscriptions for these projects are not open.
  • Before any opening, the issuer’s identity, instruments, eligible investors and applicable regulatory framework must be validated, together with any authorisations that may be required.
  • This page describes a project and its structuring. It is neither an offer, nor an invitation to subscribe, nor investment advice.

One chosen dossier, personal access

The consultation portal is being prepared. The planned process starts with registration and verification by TCF or an expressly authorised financial adviser (CGP). A personal login identifier and a separate secret code are then issued, before acceptance of the current version of the consultation agreement. Access covers only the authorised dossier: it is neither admission nor subscription.
